Privacy – Information pursuant to Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 In accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and subsequent amendments, Tacchino S.r.l. located at Via Castelspina 1114/B, 15073 Castellazzo Bormida VAT 01629790062, is the data controller for the personal data collected through its e-commerce website Tacchino – http://www.tacchino.it (“Controller”). Tacchino uses the personal data provided by the User for the following purposes: (i) for the provision of requested activities and/or services; (ii) for sending advertising material or commercial communications related to any promotional sales; (iii) for user profiling activities.
